Terms and Conditions of 0088bet — User Rules and Rights

Welcome to 0088bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services provided by the 0088bet platform, accessible at https://0088bet.best and through any other official digital channel of the brand.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of 0088bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each promotion. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform's services.

0088bet reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Any relevant change will be communicated by email at least 7 days before the effective date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

To use the services of 0088bet, you must create a personal account and meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age of age on the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Not be under an active self-exclusion period at 0088bet or in any responsible gambling program to which the platform is affiliated;
• Not be an employee, direct service provider, or first-degree relative of a 0088bet staff member;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the registration form.

Each individual may hold only one active account at 0088bet. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same CPF, device, IP address, or payment details — will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any pending bonus balances. Real-money deposit balances will be returned to the original payment method, minus any wagers already placed.

The 0088bet uses identity verification (KYC process) to confirm the information provided during registration. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued ID (RG or CNH) and proof of address. This process is completed once, entirely online, and at no cost to the user.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 0088bet account credentials at 0088bet — your login, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. 0088bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team at 0088bet by email at contato@0088bet.best or via live chat. The platform may preventively block the account while investigating the incident, without affecting the user's balance.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of R$ 5.00 deducted from the available balance, following prior email notification. Accounts with a zero balance will not be charged. The account can be reactivated free of charge at any time by the user by simply logging back in.

The 0088bet accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (R$) through the following payment methods:

• Pix — credited instantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto Bancário — processed within 1 business day;
• Credit/Debit Card — accepted card brands subject to availability;
• PicPay — credited instantly;
• Mercado Pago — credited instantly;
• TED Transfer — available through Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and all other participating national banking institutions.

The minimum deposit at 0088bet is R$ 10.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, but amounts above R$ 10,000.00 may require additional documentation in accordance with Banco Central do Brasil regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) rules.

0088bet does not accept deposits made with third-party cards or bank accounts. The deposit method must be linked to the account holder. Any deposit identified as coming from a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended for investigation.

The 0088bet processes withdrawals via Pix within 4 minutes after the request is approved. Processing runs 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. Withdrawals via boleto bancário or TED follow the national banking calendar.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. No withdrawal fees are charged by the platform. Withdrawals must be made to the same method and account holder used for the last deposit, except in specific situations reviewed by the 0088bet team.

For the first withdrawal or for amounts above R$ 5,000.00, 0088bet may request completion of the KYC verification process, including submission of a government-issued ID and proof of address. This process is completed only once and does not cause delays on subsequent withdrawals.

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the balance resulting from completing the rollover requirement can be converted into real funds and requested as a withdrawal. Your real-money balance (from your own deposits) can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of any active bonus status.

The 0088bet offers regular promotions for both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the corresponding page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• The welcome bonus is 100% on the first deposit, up to R$ 1,000.00. Example: a R$ 200.00 deposit generates R$ 200.00 in bonus funds, giving you a total available balance of R$ 400.00;
• The standard rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount. Example: a R$ 200.00 bonus requires total wagers of R$ 6,000.00 to be released;
• For rollover purposes, only bets with minimum odds of 1,20 are counted;
• Bets on cancelled events, draws under double chance markets, and early cashouts do not count toward the rollover;
• The deadline to complete the rollover is 30 calendar days from the moment the bonus is activated. Bonuses not converted within the allotted time are automatically cancelled;
• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim it more than once through multiple accounts will result in account suspension.

0088bet reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion with prior notice. If abuse is detected — such as placing bets on predictable outcomes to clear rollover requirements — the platform may cancel the bonus and any related bets.

The Sports Betting section of 0088bet covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Série B, and state championships), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and dozens of other sports. Bets are accepted in both pre-match and live formats.

Odds displayed on the platform may change at any time before an event begins, reflecting market movements. Once a bet is confirmed by the user, the odds are locked and cannot be changed, except in the event of a technical error verified by 0088bet.

Bets placed after the official start of an event are automatically cancelled by the system and the amount is returned to the user's balance. Cancelled, postponed, or permanently suspended events result in the cancellation of all related bets and a full refund of the amounts wagered.

The 0088bet may limit the maximum bet amount per event or per specific market, particularly for high-value wagers or markets with reduced liquidity. Per-market limits are shown on the bet confirmation screen.

0088bet offers a wide selection of casino games, including progressive jackpot slots, crash games (such as Aviator, JetX, and Spaceman), roulette, blackjack, and a Live Casino with real dealers.

All casino games and slots from 0088bet use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent audit. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the game's information section or upon request from support. Each round's outcome is independent and is not influenced by previous rounds.

Crash games are high-volatility games. 0088bet recommends that players set clear stake limits per round and use the responsible gambling tools available on the platform before starting extended sessions.

A verified malfunction or technical error in any game results in the round being voided and the wagered amount being refunded. 0088bet is not responsible for losses caused by the user's internet connection failures during a live game session.

The poker tables at 0088bet are available in Cash Game and tournament formats (MTT, Sit & Go, Turbo, Hyper-Turbo, and Satellites). Games follow the international rules of Texas Hold'em and Omaha.

The rake charged at Cash Game tables is 5% per pot, with a maximum cap of R$ 3.00 per hand, regardless of pot size. At micro stakes tables (blinds up to R$ 0.20), the maximum rake is R$ 0.50 per hand.

In tournaments, the administrative fee is included in the advertised buy-in and is clearly shown before registration. 0088bet guarantees the advertised minimum prize pool in all guaranteed tournaments — if registrations fall short of the guaranteed amount, the difference is covered by the platform.

Any form of collusion between players at poker tables is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved and cancellation of all balances. 0088bet actively monitors gameplay patterns that may indicate unethical behavior.

By using the services of 0088bet, you agree to:

• Not use automation software, bots, or third-party tools to place bets or play in an automated manner;
• Do not deliberately exploit technical glitches, odds errors, or platform vulnerabilities;
• Not engage in money laundering or any unlawful activity through the platform;
• Not create multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses;
• Do not share your account with third parties or allow anyone else to use it;
• Treat other users and the 0088bet support team with respect at all times.

Violating any of these conduct rules may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, and, in more serious cases, reporting to the relevant authorities as required under Brazilian anti-money laundering and crime prevention legislation.

The 0088bet collects and processes users' personal data solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

Data collected includes registration details (name, CPF, date of birth, email), access and browsing data, betting history, and financial transaction records. This information is stored on servers with 256-bit SSL encryption and access restricted to authorized 0088bet staff.

You have the right to request access, correction, portability, anonymization, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contato@0088bet.best. 0088bet will respond within 15 business days as required by the LGPD.

The 0088bet maintains an active responsible gambling policy. Tools available to all users include:

• Deposit limits daily, weekly, and monthly limits configurable by the user;
• Loss limit with full user control;
• Temporary break account for a period of hours, days, or weeks;
• Permanent self-exclusion for those who need to permanently step away from the platform;
• History access full betting and transaction history for self-monitoring.

Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases have a minimum 7-day waiting period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of 5 years. Visit our Responsible Gambling to explore all available tools.

You can request the closure of your account at 0088bet at any time via the support chat or by emailing contato@0088bet.best. Your available real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the request.

0088bet may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple registered accounts, use of bots, or any other behavior that breaches the platform's policies.

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, bonus balances are cancelled in full. Real-money deposit balances are held while the investigation is ongoing and returned if no evidence of fraud is found.

The 0088bet may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in Brazilian legislation, new platform features, or adjustments to operational policies. Any changes will be communicated with at least 7 days in advance via email to the address registered by the user.

The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page, with the date of the latest update clearly indicated at the top of the document. Continued use of 0088bet's services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
